Came here for my birthday dinner with friends. The menu was really good with a lot of options. Food was delicious! Salmon was fat and juicy, steak was so buttery, lamb tikka was bomb. The aioli had the perfect amount of truffle. It was all too good! What blew me away the most were the wait staff!! Omg, the service was phenomenal! Every wait staff went above and beyond and they were ALL so so so nice. You should just visit them for their service alone, they made me feel so special on my birthday and looked after us so well. Huge shout out to Danial P, and honestly all the staff! They all attended to us and were so lovely. Thanks to Gabby for pre-planning the cake as well, did not expect that at all! We always love dining here but I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain the Accor ALL+ discount and credit points for a meal I paid for with a pre-purchased voucher due to a misunderstanding of staff working on that shift. Customer service is all about recovery and when I queried this with the GM Zayne, he asked the F&B Manager to personally intervene to provide me with a complimentary dinner for four.
