We always love dining here but I was disappointed that I was unable to obtain the Accor ALL+ discount and credit points for a meal I paid for with a pre-purchased voucher due to a misunderstanding of staff working on that shift. Customer service is all about recovery and when I queried this with the GM Zayne, he asked the F&B Manager to personally intervene to provide me with a complimentary dinner for four. That’s the kind of service that will ensure we keep coming back to the Ternery!
